We offer exchanges for products that meet the following criteria:
- Damaged or spoiled items upon arrival.
- Incorrect varieties or quantities received.
If your mangoes are not up to the standard you expect, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist with a swift exchange. We do not accept returns, only exchanges.
2. How to Initiate an Exchange
To request an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

- Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items.
- Once your exchange request is verified, we will send a replacement promptly.
3. Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are only valid for products that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of Multanmangopoint in the event of a mistake on our part. If you’ve ordered incorrectly, exchange shipping costs will be your responsibility.
4. Processing Time for Exchanges
Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the replacement to be shipped to you within 5–7 business days.
